& Workshops
I am a proud African American woman from the millennial generation, which provides me with a unique perspective that others will not have. What sets me apart is my honesty and authenticity. I am authentically and unapologetically myself. I am honest about mistakes I have made and learned from and I never set myself apart from the audience I am speaking to/sharing with. Through my workshops and presentations I use my voice and the lessons I’ve learned to guide and uplift others. Find out more.

Oh! …
The Books!
I am proud that I have evolved to this point of self-love, self-awareness, and celebration. It was an honor to share all that I’ve learned up to this point in two of my books:

Testimonials
“Yesterday you came and spoke with the TLC class of 2016. I just wanted to personally thank you for sharing your experience, sharing your gift with us and offering a piece of who you are as a black female. I have a true passion for music and children. So hearing your story, personal experience and aspirations truly motivated me to dig deeper into discerning the path I long to forge for my future. I just wanted to say thank you again for all of your wisdom and advice. I read some of your book as well and so far I am really enjoying it!”
“Bethanee is a true gift. She not only shares messages and life lessons that are relevant and meaningful for students but also does it in a way that makes each student feel as though she is talking directly to them as an individual. Both years she has spoken with our students, multiple students have stayed after during their free time to share deeply personal stories of their own with her — and to seek advice from Bethanee as though she has been a dear friend and source of guidance in their lives for years. She is a genuine and captivating speaker, and we look forward to her continuing to come back to speak with our students for years to come.”
“As a Black woman, the decision to love yourself just as you are is a radical act. And I’m as radical as they come.”
